LLC was proud to be part of the team that was assembled to
provide re-development plans for this National Register of Historic
Places Landmark. The former factory and properties of gun manufacturer
Samuel Colt will provide for hotel, residential, museum and light
manufacturing uses. A festive marketplace concept will bring
life to a large inner courtyard where gallery, boutique and restaurant
uses are envisioned. |
