As part of the
20 million dollar expansion and renovation project, TO Design,
LLC was responsible for the development of all streetscape
elements as well as a re-design of the entry terrace.
Adding to the challenge of construction in a dense urban environment
was the fact that the entrance terrace is built directly over an access
highway. |
