Develop detailed site plans for a variety of municipal and commercial projects. Projects include streetscapes, parks, hospitals, subdivisions, schools and athletic field renovations. Responsible for layout plans, planting design, grading plans and site details.

Responsibilities include assisting project managers by attending meetings, conducting site inspections, and preparing construction documents. Responsible also for producing AutoCAD colored renderings of site plans utilizing the M-Color program.

Responsible for detailed landscape design and documentation. Worked in a team environment with Architects and Engineers to produce high quality and creative design.

Developed site plans and details for a variety of projects including healthcare, corporate and educational facilities. Projects included vehicular circulation and parking layout, athletic fields, courtyards and planting designs.

Landscape Architect, Milone & MacBroom Inc., Cheshire, CT

Responsible for grading, layout, and planting design. Developed conceptual and construction site plans and details for projects which included subdivisions, streetscapes, park and recreational facilities, schools, apartment complexes and shopping plazas.

Worked effectively in a team environment to produce detailed plans, meet demanding deadlines and present projects at local commission meetings to receive site plan approvals.

First Lieutenant, United States Army Reserve

Executive Officer for a Basic Training Company. Responsible for assisting the Company Commander in running company operations. Coordinated and supervised training for Drill Sergeants to prepare them for Active Duty Basic Training of soldiers during summer annual training missions.

Representative Projects

  • Lake Street Streetscape Improvements
  • Harrison, New York
  • Landscape Architect for the development of streetscape enhancement plans for West Harrison. The park side setting, which is adjacent to John A. Passidomo Park, includes a neighborhood shopping and restaurant district servicing the local community as well as transient commuters. A primary focal point includes the West Harrison Firehouse, centered on Lake Street. The design strives to identify the firehouse as a central community element, with decorative paving treatments in the street. Perimeter walks, with decorative pavements, ornamental lighting, seating and seasonal landscaping.

  • Ellington Highlands
  • Ellington, Connecticut
  • Utility and stormwater management design for 84-unit subdivision. Stormwater management design required multiple detention basins.

  • Bridgeport Superior Court and Juvenile Detention Center
  • Bridgeport, Connecticut
  • Landscape Architect for the construction of a new Superior Court and Juvenile Detention Center in Bridgeport, CT. Responsibilities included utility coordination, driveway realignment, and site layout and planting. The site work budget is approximately $6,000,000.

  • Landscape Architect on a team that developed site plans and details for a new academic science building. The design included decorative seat walls, unit pavers, and a vegetated swale designed to capture stormwater. (2004)
