REPRESENTATIVE PROJECTS
- Breakthrough Magnet School
- Hartford, Connecticut
- Schematic design, through construction documents, of site work required for a new magnet elementary school, playground, and ball fields in conjunction with Smith Edwards Architects. Design included the separation of bus drop zones and parental drop zones to maximize safety and efficiency of student loading. An accessible playground was designed with active and passive/exploratory play zones.
- 10 Columbus Boulevard Office Center
- Hartford, Connecticut
- Improvements to a large commercial office building included the redesign of the main vehicular entrance to increase safety and vehicular flow. A plaza was designed to enhance the entry experience for visitors and to provide a connection between the building and the landscape. Extensive plantings were designed to enhance the connection between the building and landscape and provide curb appeal to those walking and driving by the property.
- Asylum Hill Boys and Girls Club
- Hartford, Connecticut
- Schematic design, through construction documents, of site work required by this new facility designed by Smith Edwards Architects. Site work included vehicular circulation, fencing, planting, and an accessible play area with a water play zone and raised planting beds to be used by the youth.
- Hockanum Park Housing
- East Hartford, Connecticut
- This affordable housing complex was redesigned to organize parking efficiently, reconfigure the pedestrian circulation, provide drying yards for clothing and provide outdoor spaces for the tenants. The outdoor spaces included private patios for each unit as well as improving the quality of the public spaces by removing decayed trees, planting new ones, and improving the lawn areas.

- Schematic design, through construction documents, of site work required for the renovation and addition of the facility in conjunction with Tai Soo Kim Partners. Site work included a redesign of the vehicular circulation, student drop-off, parking, and a playground.
- Twin Meadows Playground
- Stamford, Connecticut
- Assisted in the schematic design, through construction documents, of site work required for this playground that is accessible to children of all abilities.
- John J. Allison Jr. Polaris Center
- East Hartford, Connecticut
- Schematic design, through construction documents, of site work required for a renovated CREC (Capitol Region Education Council) school designed by architects at Fletcher-Thompson, Inc. Site work included vehicular circulation, student drop-off, basketball court and plantings. Worked with Town Planning and Zoning departments for permitting purposes.
