• With a two million dollar grant, Willow Street Park will be a significant urban revitalization effort and double in size. Located within a vital but challenged urban neighborhood, the expanded park will serve a wide sector of the neighborhood, from senior citizens to tots.

• Willow Street Park
• New Britain, Connecticut
• Twenty-four luxury condominiums will be constructed on an urban infill site. Site challenges include limitations on buildable area and the need to incorporate a pre-existing utility right-of-way easement. When completed, the building will fit seamlessly into the existing residential neighborhood.

• Stonebridge Condominiums
• West Hartford, Connecticut
• Schematic design, through construction documents, of site work required by this new facility designed by Smith Edwards Architects. Site work included vehicular circulation, fencing, planting, and an accessible play area with a water play zone and raised planting beds to be used by the youth.
